Dr. Bedi has been an integral part of my success on the field for both the Detroit Lions and the Los Angeles Rams. He has shepherded my entire family thru football injuries, brain tumors and anything else that has come up. Asheesh is not only an extremely smart and talented orthopedic surgeon, but he is a friend and ally for life for the Stafford family. We know he will be an amazing addition to the Chicago community.

Is extremely transparent, response and truly a pleasure to work with. I trust that the information he gives me is in my best interest at all times and that is not the case with all doctors. He also truly cares about every single one of his patients and that is something you can’t fake. Dr. Bedi was not only pleasant to consult with weeks prior to my knee ligament surgery sustained during the NFL season. He was incredible the day of surgery with explaining and making sure I knew and was okay with everything that would be happening. His bed side manner was uncomparable and he went above and beyond in the weeks after with my recovery. Thanks so much to Dr. Bedi, the knee is doing great after surgery and I feel better than ever. Dr. Bedi always gives me great advice and feedback whenever i come to him with a question. He helped me a lot when i had a hip pointer injury.

Going to Dr. Bedi was the best thing i did.

I learned in December from a visit to Northwestern Orthopedic I needed both shoulders replaced after years of sports and exercising. I researched the Chicago area and visited two doctors and decided Dr Bedi from NorthShore by far was the doctor I wanted to perform my surgery. I am currently recovering from surgery 2 weeks ago. My shoulder feels great but I know I have a long road to total recovery. Very little pain after the surgery in fact I only used the pain pills for a day after surgery and only took tylenol for about 4 days. Dr. Bedi speaks with his patients in a way you understand what he will do making you very comfortable. Most of all I feel great and believe I will have a total recovery after rehabbing.

I have already recommended Dr. Bedi to two people.

Dr. Bedi has been my knee surgeon since 2010. He has performed all 3 of my knee surgery’s and is honestly, the only one I trust with my knee! He will be greatly missed at UofM, though I wish him well in Chicago. Thank you for everything Dr. Bedi!

Dr. Bedi is, in my belief, one of the top doctors in this country. He is superb at his craft, and has the right disposition to match. He is thoughtful, caring, kind, patient, intelligent, thorough, talented -- many of the qualities that anybody would seek in a doctor. Michigan's loss is now Chicago's gain. Dr. Bedi performed my shoulder torn labrum and ACL/MCL surgery as playing on the Michigan Mens Ice Hockey teams. He had done an amazing job in getting me healed and back to full strength!!
